KishaLynn Elliott, PMP, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished Executive Director at San Diego Pride, where they provide strategic oversight for one of the world's most philanthropic Pride organizations. A creative entrepreneur and healer, KishaLynn co-founded the Black Leadership and Abundance Center (BLAAC), focusing on restorative practices and anti-racism training. Their extensive background includes leadership roles in educational and nonprofit organizations, where they championed initiatives in change management, program evaluation, and equity-centered culture. KishaLynn is also a published author and certified coach, dedicated to advocating for a world free of prejudice and bias. Currently, they are pursuing degrees in English and Comparative Literary Studies at Occidental College and at Spelman College.
