Seren Bayramoglu is a seasoned HR executive with extensive experience in talent acquisition, leadership development, and organizational transformation across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Global VP HR for Wound Care at Mölnlycke Health Care since March 2021, Seren is responsible for partnering with the Wound Care Leadership Team to enhance business performance. Prior roles include Director of Talent & HR Transformation at Whirlpool Corporation, where responsibilities spanned talent management and diversity initiatives for 35 countries. Seren's career also includes significant positions at GE, managing compensation, benefits, and HR partnerships in diverse regions, and at Shell, overseeing HR functions for major corporate divisions. Seren holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Behavior and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Marmara University.
