Daniel Findlay is a driven leader currently serving as the Senior Director of Project Management at Molex, where they continue to apply extensive experience in achieving ambitious goals within complex business environments. Previously, Daniel held various roles at John Deere, including Senior Program Manager, where they led cross-functional teams in delivering innovative new products. Prior to that, they worked at Duke Energy Corporation as a Structural Project Manager, managing large-scale construction projects and contractor relationships. Daniel possesses a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Brigham Young University and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration from Murray State University. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, they have global experience spanning North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia.
