Adam Vandecar is currently the Global Metrology Manager at Molex, a position they have held since 2026. With a background in quality engineering, Adam has previously worked as a Quality Engineer at both Royal Oak Industries and Weber Automotive, as well as a Quality Manager at Rochester Welding Co. They also served in various metrology roles at Molex, including Metrology & Disposition Quality Manager and AQP Engineer. Adam holds an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, both completed with high academic honors.
