Melissa Blok has extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management, currently serving as a Senior Analyst in Procurement Business Systems at Molex since September 2020. Prior to this role, Melissa has been with Phillips-Medisize since 1997, where responsibilities included managing Project Synergy SCM Supplier Management, handling corporate sourcing and logistics for both direct and indirect commodities, and performing supplier audits. As a Purchasing Agent, Melissa coordinated purchasing operations, determined raw material requirements, and negotiated supplier agreements. Additionally, leadership in semi-annual Freight Team meetings reflects expertise in logistics support at both domestic and international levels.
