Mohamed ELSayed is a seasoned Corporate Quality and Compliance Director, currently serving as the Senior Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager for Modon, where they develop and implement strategic design Quality Management Systems aligned with ISO 9001. Previously, they held roles at Parsons Corporation as a Senior Programme Quality Manager and at Dorsch Gruppe as a Sr. Projects Quality Manager. Mohamed's career is marked by a commitment to operational excellence, risk management, and compliance across major real estate and infrastructure projects in the Middle East, supported by credentials such as PMP®, PMI-RMP®, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt®. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Cairo University and a Diploma in Project Management from The American University in Cairo.
