Maxim Shadura is the CIO of FinTech at MTS Group, where they oversee an IT organization of over 1,000 employees and lead more than 60 product teams in a transition to a composable IT architecture. Previously, they served as CIO at Gazprom Neft, where they managed an IT function of over 2,000 people and drove key digital transformation projects. Maxim has gained extensive international experience in various roles at prominent companies like Procter & Gamble, Samsung, DaimlerChrysler, Nestlé, and Shell. They hold a Master of Technics and Technology degree from the Moscow Power Engineering Institute, graduating with honors.
