As the Founder of The Science Talk since 2018, Dr. Kshirsagar has continued to shape the landscape of science communication. Prior roles include Senior Marketing Manager and Senior Product Manager at Springer Nature Group, where significant revenue growth and comprehensive marketing strategies were developed for global markets. Dr. Kshirsagar also held a pivotal role as Executive Board Member at the Lise Meitner Society, promoting equal opportunities in natural sciences.
