At MML Hospitality, we are on a mission to create the world’s chicest restaurants and hotels. Led by visionary hotelier Liz Lambert, and powerhouse restauranteurs Larry McGuire & Tom Moorman, we believe in a seamless combination of food, service, and design. We create refined hospitality through attention to detail, storytelling, and extraordinary dining and retail experiences.


We currently manage and own the 75-room Hotel Saint Vincent in New Orleans, and we have two hotel projects in development in Aspen and in Austin that we will also own and manage. In addition to the nearly twenty restaurants, we currently operate or have under development, MML is also the F&B consultant at the Austin Proper Hotel, overseeing three restaurants, banquets, and in-room dining across the property. MML has a unique plan to own and operate each of its properties and the financial backing to only take on special projects in places we want to spend time.

Customer Service & Hospitality Team

The Human Resources team at MML Hospitality is essential in nurturing a positive and efficient work environment across our expanding portfolio of chic restaurants and hotels. They manage payroll, benefits, and recruitment, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent. Additionally, they provide critical support in employee relations, training and development, and regulatory compliance, helping to uphold our commitment to refined hospitality and extraordinary guest experiences.

Human Resources

The Operations and Event Management team at MML Hospitality is responsible for coordinating and executing all aspects of events within the company's portfolio of hotels and restaurants. This includes managing catering services, overseeing event logistics, curating unique guest experiences, and ensuring the seamless integration of food, service, and design. The team works closely to ensure that each event reflects MML's commitment to refined hospitality and attention to detail. Team members include roles that focus on catering and event oversight, creative experience planning, project management, and culinary excellence led by the Executive Pastry Chef.

This department is responsible for managing and coordinating activities related to docking and waterfront operations.

Dock Operations

The Marketing and Communications team at MML Hospitality is responsible for crafting and executing strategic marketing plans that enhance the brand visibility and reputation of MML’s exquisite portfolio of restaurants and hotels. This team manages social media presence, develops compelling content that tells the unique stories of each property, and oversees all internal and external communications to ensure a consistent and engaging brand narrative across all platforms.
