Layla Akvan is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Director of Marketing at MMC Catering since August 2023, Layla previously held the position of Brand Manager and Marketing Team Lead at NOX Management from September 2020 to August 2023. Key responsibilities included developing annual marketing plans, optimizing sales performance, and guiding a marketing team while managing communication strategies. Layla's prior roles also include Marketing Manager for Jaguar at Al-Zayani Automotive, Account Manager at Ogilvy & Mather, and various marketing positions at talabat, IKEA, Saatchi & Saatchi, and Hug Digital. Layla holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Marketing from the University of Wollongong in Dubai and a Bachelor’s degree in Design Management from the American University of Sharjah.
