Seth Weith-Glushko serves as the Test Software Development Team Lead at MKS Instruments, overseeing a team of cross-functional engineers focused on automating RF generator production since October 2018. Previously, as the R&D Manager for Leuze Electronic USA, Seth managed an engineering team in developing imaging solutions and mentoring engineering co-op students. Additional experience includes significant roles in software and systems engineering, particularly in image processing algorithms at Leuze Electronic, and conducting research at the University of Rochester Medical Center and the University of Rochester. Seth holds a Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering and an MS and BS in Imaging Science, collectively contributing to a robust background in software development and engineering.
