Sarah Christian, CPTM, has extensive experience in employee and leadership development, as well as content creation and professional training. They served as a Project Manager and Training Video Producer at Magnum Energy Solutions, LLC, focusing on training content for innovative energy management solutions. Following that, they worked as a Training Specialist at Carrier Corporation, where they developed training materials for various audiences and established a comprehensive training program. Currently, Sarah is the Senior Manager of Talent Management at Mitsubishi Electric Trane US, building on their previous roles in educational marketing and talent management. They hold a master's degree from Kent State University, where they also served as a Graduate Assistant.
