Mike McCorkindale, CPA, currently serves as the Financial Reporting Manager at Mitek Systems, a position held since December 2024. Prior to this role, Mike was the Manager of SEC Reporting at Solo Brands and worked briefly as a Senior Associate at Robert Half. During previous positions, including SEC Manager at Paya and Financial Reporting Supervisor/Consultant at QuarterNorth Energy, Mike gained extensive experience in SEC reporting, financial statement preparation, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Mike's earlier roles included Senior Financial Reporting Accountant at Finance of America and Senior Financial Reporting Analyst at Sunnova, where financial reporting and variance analysis were key responsibilities. A foundation in auditing was established at BDO USA, LLP, and UHY LLP. Mike holds a MAACT and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Houston Christian University, as well as a B.S. in Management of Technology from the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology.
