Michele Bethoney is an experienced finance and sales compensation professional with a strong academic background, holding a B.S. in Finance and Accounting and an MBA from the University of Maryland University College. In previous roles, Michele served as Accounting Manager at Expand Networks, overseeing corporate accounting and finance functions, and as Director of Global Sales Compensation at NICE Ltd, managing budget processes and financial analysis. Currently, as Sr. Manager of Sales Administration & Incentive Compensation at Mitek Systems, Michele continues to contribute expertise in sales incentive compensation strategy, having previously held a key position at Align Technology.
