Tom is responsible for the overall technology direction, software architecture, user interface design, and software development management at MH&Co. As Senior Vice President of Technology, he helps determine which new features added to the software and how to best incorporate client-requested enhancements. He also steps in to assist Response Center team members with especially complex requests.
