Timothy Caister is a regulatory attorney and energy policy professional with extensive experience in multifaceted stakeholder environments. They served as Vice President and Director of Regulatory Policy at NIPSCO from 2016 to 2018, and currently hold the position of Head of Legal & Federal Affairs at the Midcontinent Independent System Operator (MISO), where they have also worked as Deputy General Counsel. Timothy earned a J.D. from the Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2004 and a B.A. in Political Science from Alma College in 1998.
