Misli, Misli Elektronik Şans Oyunları ve Yayıncılık A.Ş. tarafından 15 Temmuz 2009 tarihinde Spor Toto Teşkilatı ile yapılan sözleşme ile, spor müsabakalarına dayalı sabit ihtimalli bahis oyunlarını dünya standartlarında üyelerine sunan yasal elektronik bayiidir.

29 Eylül 2020 itibarıyla Sanal Oyunlar ile Türkiye’de bir ilke imza atmış ve ülkemizde ilk defa ve sadece Misli ile hayata geçirilen, tamamen yapay zeka algoritmasıyla gerçekleştirilen Sanal Oyunları üyeleriyle buluşturmuştur.
