Michael Kramer is a skilled groundskeeper with extensive experience in turf management and sports equipment support. Currently serving as a Parks Worker II at Highland National Golf Course since April 2025, responsibilities include daily course setup for 27 holes and seasonal property maintenance. Michael has been with the Minnesota Vikings since August 2013, initially as a ball boy and currently as an Equipment Support member. Previous roles include groundskeeper for the Minnesota Twins and assistant in training at Town & Country Club, among other positions in sports turf management and groundskeeping. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Golf Enterprise Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
