Jim Grabowska is a Professor Emeritus at Minnesota State University, Mankato, where they have dedicated a significant part of their career to education, spanning from middle and high school teaching to undergraduate and graduate education. They have held leadership roles in public K-12 education as a school board member for 12 years and in higher education as the president of a union representing over 4,000 faculty, librarians, counselors, and coaches for 4 years. Currently, Jim serves on the Board of Trustees for the MinnState system while continuing their role as President of the Inter Faculty Organization.
