Currently serving as an Instructional Design Consultant for the MCIT (OPPM Erasmus + PROGRAM), they lead the creation of impactful learning solutions in collaboration with European institutions. Previously, Eng. Jamal has held roles including Instructional Design Unit Manager at the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology in Egypt and Senior Instructional Designer at various organizations.
