Gerald Tham is a final-year Business student at Singapore Management University, majoring in Organisational Behaviour and Human Resources, as well as Legal Studies. Currently serving as a Manager in Rewards & Performance Management at the Ministry of Manpower, Gerald has previously held roles including Assistant Manager at the same organization and Specialist at DBS Bank, where they contributed to employee experience enhancements. Gerald's experience also includes positions as a Talent & Culture Assistant and Intern at Accor, where they assisted in various talent management initiatives.
