Sally QIN is currently the Associate HR Director at MININGLAMP Technology, a position they have held since 2021. Previously, they served as a Principal Talent Advisor at Oracle from 2010 to 2021, and held roles at Nuance Communications, Career International, and Talent Power. Sally began their career as a Project Supervisor and Network Engineer at China Netcom, where they worked from 2000 to 2004. They earned a Master's degree in Computer Science from Imperial College London in 2005.
