Daniel Belenky is a learning scientist dedicated to enhancing student success through research-based educational technology. Currently, Belenky co-founded ZenStudy and serves as a Learning Science and Efficacy Advisor at Weelrn. Previously, Belenky held positions such as Director of Student Success and Advising at Outlier.org, where they built an Academic Support Team and established an academic model for partner institutions, as well as Director of Student Success and Retention at Pearson, overseeing retention strategies for numerous online students. Belenky earned a Ph.D. in Cognitive Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh and has contributed significantly to the development of Intelligent Tutoring Systems during a post-doctoral fellowship at Carnegie Mellon University.
