Ingrid Benninghoff Prados currently serves as a Member of the Management Board and Latin America Chapter Chair at the Mindfulness in Law Society (MILS), focusing on enhancing well-being in the legal profession through mindfulness and contemplative practices. Ingrid is the founder of meditation.law and previously held the position of Business Development Director at CMS Carey & Allende, as well as Marketing Director at Carey & Allende Abogados. Ingrid has also served as Executive Director of the Cámara Chileno Colombiana de Comercio. Ingrid holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master of Laws in International Law from Heidelberg University and Universidad de Chile, as well as a law degree from Universidad Nacional de Colombia. Additionally, Ingrid is a certified Mindfulness in Law Teacher.
