Antonio Guajardo Jr. PhD serves as the 1st Vice President of the Wisconsin Hispanic Scholarship Foundation, Inc. since December 2022, following a diverse career that includes roles such as Managing Partner at Community Issues Consultants & Associates, LLC, and Campus Director at Springfield College. Previously, Antonio retired as a Detective from the Milwaukee Police Department and served in the U.S. Army. Additional experience includes adjunct instructorship at Springfield College and the role of Academic Program Director for the Criminal Justice Program at Bryant & Stratton College. As a Commissioner for Veteran Affairs in Milwaukee County, Antonio also held the position of Director North America at the National Business Education Council from 2020 to 2023. Antonio holds a PhD in Urban Studies/Affairs from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, along with degrees in Criminal Justice Administration and Education from Mt. Scenario College and the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, respectively.
