Steven Midthun, MLIS, has extensive experience in library and educational settings, serving as the Reference/Instructional/Embedded Librarian at Milwaukee Area Technical College since November 2011. Prior roles include Library Media Specialist at Milwaukee Public Schools and Cudahy High School, where development of library collections and information literacy training were key responsibilities. Additionally, Steven has served as a library consultant and adjunct faculty, teaching Information Literacy courses at Bryant & Stratton College. Steven's experience also includes a role as Development Director for the Wisconsin Rugby Referees' Society, focusing on training officials. Steven holds a Master of Library and Information Science from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
