Isobel Petersen currently serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition and Operations at Milltown Partners since November 2015, overseeing global recruitment strategies and ensuring quality and inclusion throughout the interview process across offices in London, Brussels, San Francisco, and New York. Isobel leads the global talent operations function and manages international people operations tasks while implementing quarterly talent data reporting for informed decision-making. Previous roles include Senior Talent Manager and other positions at Franklin Templeton Investments, where Isobel assisted the HR and recruitment team, as well as internships at various organizations such as Policy Exchange and The Sunday Times. Isobel holds a Master’s degree in Conflict, Security and Development from King’s College London and a BA in International Relations from the University of Exeter.
