Jasmine Mendoza Coutte is an experienced professional with expertise in operations, capital expenditures, and project management in the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as the Director of OPEX, CAPEX, and PMO Red at Millicom (Tigo) since September 2019, Jasmine oversees budget management for OpEx in Red and IT as well as the company's CapEx. Previously, as Senior Manager of the Integration Office, Jasmine ensured effective compliance with Transition Agreements following Millicom's acquisition of Telefónica Panamá.
