Eric Chiu, P.Eng, is an experienced mining engineer with a specialty in oil sand tailings management operations and regulatory affairs. They served as a Mining/Tailings Engineer at the Alberta Energy Regulator from 2013 to 2021, and held various roles at companies including Syncrude Canada Ltd. and Glencore Zinc. Currently, Eric is the Lead Project Manager at WSP in Canada and the Director of the Environmental Sustainability and Water Resource Services at Millennium EMS Solutions Ltd. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Mining and Mineral Engineering from McGill University.
