Carrie Novotny-Buss is a dedicated educational leader with over 25 years of experience in the field. They currently serve as the Director of Special Education B-21 at Millard Public Schools and previously held roles including PK-5 Principal and Coordinator of Elementary Special Education. With a Doctor of Education degree in Educational Leadership focused on Resilience, Carrie applies research-based strategies to enhance the academic, social, and emotional well-being of students and staff. They also teach as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, having previously taught at the College of Saint Mary.
