Ida Kjær is currently working as Leder Mennesker & Transformasjon and Leder Smidig at Miles AS. Ida is also the Co-Founder and host of the podcast Smidigpodden. Previously, Ida held positions such as Senior Manager at KPMG Norway, Business Agility Coach at DNB, and Manager at Deloitte Norway. Ida has a M.Sc in Business Administration and Information Systems from Copenhagen Business School and has also worked as a mentor for first year BA Information Management students.
