Molly Reichert is currently serving as Vice President of Compliance at MidOcean Partners since September 2023, having previously held the position of Compliance Associate at Meridiam from October 2022 to September 2023 and at Invictus Capital Partners from July 2020 to October 2022. Prior to this, Molly worked as a Paralegal at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP from July 2018 to July 2020 and gained experience as an intern at America Works Network of Companies in early 2018 and during the summer of 2017. Early career also includes a role as a Research Assistant at Maryland Child & Family Development Lab and a hostess position at Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant. Molly was the Director of Alumni Relations for Kappa Alpha Theta Fraternity, managing alumni engagement activities. Currently pursuing a Master of Studies in Law with a focus on Corporate Compliance at Fordham University, Molly holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Criminology from the University of Maryland, completed in 2018.
