Jenny Hemmings serves as the Head of Human Resources at Midland Heart since January 2015, where responsibilities include implementing proactive organizational development initiatives to enhance performance and customer satisfaction. Key achievements include the design of a Customer Service Programme, the creation of learning solutions for talent development, and an improved wellbeing offer for employees. Under Jenny's leadership, Midland Heart has achieved a ranking of 24 in the Inclusive Employers top 50. Prior to this role, Jenny held positions as HR Business Partner at Sense from 2007 to December 2014 and has educational credentials including a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Cardiff University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from Coventry University.
