Alson D'Souza currently serves as the Assistant Manager for Accounts Payable and Automation at MCN | Middle East Communications Network, leading a team of 12 professionals to manage AP operations for a major Media and Advertising agency group across the GCC region. Prior to this role, Alson worked at IFFCO Group for a decade in various capacities, including Associate Manager for Emirates Refining Co. and Accounts Payable Team Lead, overseeing a team processing over 21,000 invoices monthly for multiple entities. Alson began a career at ICICI Bank as a Customer Service Officer and holds a Bachelor in Commerce with a focus on Accounting and Finance from Mangalore University.
