Rita Jedrziewski is currently the Director of Hardware Technology at Microsoft, where they manage partner contracts and relationships for the hardware team. With extensive leadership experience as a program manager, Rita previously held the position of ASIC Business Development at GLOBALFOUNDRIES, focusing on customer relationships and P&L management. Before that, they worked at IBM as a sales and program manager for large clients in custom processors and ASIC semiconductors, advocating for client needs and managing technical and business aspects. Rita's educational background includes ongoing studies in Ceramic Science and Engineering at Penn State University, as well as master's degrees in Engineering Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and Management of Technology from MIT Sloan School of Management.
