Rishi Somaia is currently the Talent Acquisition Lead for EMEA/ASIA at Microsoft, focusing on corporate functions and engineering roles. With a strong background in talent acquisition, Rishi has led recruitment efforts across multiple global organizations, including Nuance Communications and SITA. Rishi's career began as a Customer Service/Sales Advisor at Ladbrokes and Centrica, before progressing into senior recruitment roles at Lorien Resourcing. Rishi has also been pursuing a degree in Law at Birmingham City University.
