With over 21 years of experience in software development, system engineering, and cloud infrastructure, they have successfully led diverse technical teams and consistently innovated novel solutions to complex challenges. Phillip's journey began in 1992, leading to their service in the US Army, where they developed extensive technical skills and tools for large organizations. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Science from the University of Maryland University College and are currently pursuing a Master of Science in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
