They have held various significant roles, including AI Technical Program Manager and Senior Finance Manager at Microsoft, where they utilized data-driven approaches to enhance productivity. Naila has also worked in financial analyst and management roles at organizations such as BP and CHCS Services Inc. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Russian Literature & Language from Baku Slavic University and an MBA in Finance from Khazar University, and are fluent in multiple languages including English, Azerbaijani, Russian, and Turkish.
