Mike Adams is currently the Corporate Vice President of Customer Experience Engineering at Microsoft Security, where they engage directly with customers to enhance security offerings. They previously held various leadership roles at Microsoft, including General Manager of Microsoft Managed Services and Vice President of Customer Experience Engineering. With a strong background in service engineering, they have overseen numerous enterprise products and services. Prior to their tenure at Microsoft, Mike served as a Senior Manager at Andersen Consulting, focusing on the implementation of MRP/ERP systems. They earned a degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
