Michelle Morrissey is currently the HR Director for Cloud Marketing at Microsoft, where they drive strategic HR initiatives. Previously, they held various roles at Microsoft, including HR Manager for Corporate Strategy, Executive Recruiter, and Learning and Development Consultant. Michelle participated in the HR Trax program, which provided a tailored rotational experience across critical HR functions. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Global Labor Studies at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
