Katie Norton is a strategic legal and business advisor with over 15 years of experience in government contracting, complex commercial technology transactions, and corporate ethics and compliance. They began their career as a Project Analyst at the U.S. Department of State and later served as an Export Compliance Analyst at ASRC Federal. Katie has held multiple roles at Microsoft, currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel and US National Security Group Lead. They also have experience as an Associate Attorney at McGuireWoods LLP and have earned degrees in International Affairs and Economics from The George Washington University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland School of Law.
