Karola Hoover is an experienced program manager and business operations specialist with a robust background in executive recruiting. They worked at Microsoft from 2021 to 2022, holding various positions including Sr Program Manager for Executive Talent Acquisition. Prior to that, Karola served as a consultant at Loft9 from 2017 to 2019 and held multiple roles at Boeing from 2011 to 2013, culminating in a position as Procurement Manager. Currently, Karola is pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources at Seattle Pacific University, while also working towards a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez.
