Jong-whoi Shin is currently a Customer Security Officer at Microsoft, where they focus on enhancing security and privacy for customers, particularly by leveraging AI and the Zero-Trust paradigm. Previously, they served as the Head of Security Assurance at Amazon Web Services and worked as a Senior Manager at the Korea Internet & Security Agency. Jong-whoi also held positions at the National Information Society Agency and as a Network Engineer at Korea Electric Power Corporation. In addition to their industry experience, they are pursuing a Ph.D. and a Master's degree in Computer Science at Korea University, where they also served as an Adjunct Professor.
