Joël Lalonde is the Director of Federal Customer Success at Microsoft, where they advanced from the role of Senior Principal Customer Success Account Manager in 2022. Prior to joining Microsoft, Joël held various leadership positions within the Public Health Agency of Canada and Health Canada, and served as Executive Director at the Communications Security Establishment. Joël began their career as a business intelligence analyst at Accenture, focusing on data migrations and BI solutions for international financial clients. They hold degrees from the University of Ottawa and are currently pursuing programs at Queen's University and the Canada School of Public Service.
