Jessica Young is a Director of Science & Technology Policy currently serving as a Senior Program Manager in the Office of the Chief Scientific Officer at Microsoft. Previously, they worked as an AI Policy Advisor at the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy and held several managerial roles across various organizations, including the National Security Commission on Artificial Intelligence and Social Venture Network. Jessica's extensive experience includes developing communications strategies for major clients, leading research on ethical AI use at Carnegie Mellon University, and managing funding projects for entrepreneurs during their time with the Peace Corps. They hold a Master of Science in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University and have pursued additional education in international business and marketing.
