Jeff Riles is an accomplished energy attorney with significant expertise in regulatory affairs and public policy within the clean energy sector. Riles began a professional journey in legislative affairs at the Office of the Lieutenant Governor for the State of Oklahoma before advancing through various roles, including Associate at Phillips Murrah, P.C., and Manager of Regulatory Affairs at Enel Green Power. Riles held key positions at Enel, serving as Sr. Director of Regulatory and Institutional Affairs, overseeing state-level policy and regulatory developments. Riles continued to build experience in energy markets while working at Google as part of the Global Energy Markets and Policy team. Currently, Riles serves as the Director of Energy Markets for the Americas at Microsoft, leading a team dedicated to datacenter interconnection and energy supply agreements. Riles holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Oklahoma City University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law.
