James Gagnon is a seasoned technology professional, currently serving as a Principal Group DevOps Engineering Manager at Microsoft since 2019 and working as an Independent Consultant focusing on technology, leadership, and culture since 2024. Previously, James held various engineering roles at Microsoft from 2014 to 2016, including Sr. Software Design Engineer and Software Test Architect. Earlier in their career, James worked as a Test Engineer at Nintendo of America from 2001 to 2003. James earned their education at DigiPen Institute of Technology from 1998 to 2001.
