Benjamin Schram, CEM, LEED Green Associate, has extensive experience in the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) field, beginning as a Service Technician/Installer at Donovan & Jorgenson Heating and Air Conditioning from July 2002 to December 2010, where residential and commercial HVAC systems were installed and serviced. From January 2011 to May 2013, Benjamin worked as an HVAC Controls Technician at Potawatomi Bingo Casino, focusing on maintenance and repair of building control systems in collaboration with Facilities Management. Subsequent roles included HVAC Technician at Jones Lang LaSalle from May 2013 to February 2017 and Assistant Chief Engineer at JLL until July 2022, managing work activities and mechanical/electrical systems in critical environments. Currently, Benjamin serves as Critical Environment Technician Manager at Microsoft since December 2025. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Western Governors University (2021-2024) and an Associate's degree in HVAC/R Technology from Milwaukee Area Technical College (2003-2019).
