Ayisha Bashir is an accomplished engineering leader and speaker with extensive experience in software development and management. Having worked at Microsoft from 2011 to the present, Ayisha advanced from a Software Developer Intern to a Principal Group Engineering Manager, currently spearheading e-commerce purchase experiences for the Microsoft digital consumer store. Ayisha also serves as the Vice President of Pakistani Women in Computing, where they lead initiatives aimed at enhancing user-friendly and reliable purchase experiences. Ayisha holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences.
