Richard Grimes is a retired professional with extensive experience in facilities, maintenance, and health, safety, and environment (HSE) management. They began their career at Smith & Nephew Orthopaedics from 1982 to 1985, where they held various roles, including Team Leader, Machinist, and Machine Operator. From 2011 to 2020, Richard served as the Sr. Facilities Site Maintenance Manager and Director at MicroPort Orthopedics, Inc., leading initiatives in facilities management and operational excellence. Richard earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Industrial Maintenance from Southwest Tennessee Community College between 1981 and 1983.
